     Leadership Institute


Mission:
    Third Millennium Leadership Institute exists to provide high level ministry and theological training to those who are called in the ministry.   Our primary goal is to train pastors and church leaders to rightly divide God's word and faithfully preach its truth.

Our Motto:
    "Equipping Christians for the ministry of Christ in the Church and in the world"

Our Purpose:
    We exist to produce quality Christian pastors and leaders for the church and the world. We hope that God will grant through IIIM Leadership Institute larger numbers of equipped Christians who will serve effectively as pastors and servant leaders in whatever ministries God shall provide.

A student will demonstrate the following:
  1. Growing spiritual maturity, character development, vision, and leadership skills.
  2. Commitment to the authority of the Scriptures, to the building of the body of Christ, and to its mission of meeting human needs.
  3. Coherent understanding of the theological body of knowledge in light of the Reformed tradition.
